Hi Robeto,

Could you help to provide the Tj Max value?

Customer need us to provide and Tj(max) seems could be get through below formula,

Tj=Tc+P*θjc

But i am not familiar with this, could you help?

Hello Patrick,

Tj=Tc+P*θjc

Tj= 70+(32.1 * (IccMax*VccMax))

Tj= 70+ (32.1*(.015*3.6))

Tj=71.7334 °C
