i'd like to know how to work the RBIAS resistor in the PHY system. How should I do in my PCB?

Hi,

When you mean "work the RBIAS resistor in the PHY system" do you mean how to place it in the circuit?

You need to connect a 4.87K ohm 1% between the RBIAS pin and GND.
