Any idea to get SN75LVDS83B power consumption improvement?

Samsung mobile has developed their new platform using SN75LVDS83B for transmitter. Their receive is Novatek's NT71401QG. I have tried to get datasheet of Novatek's receiver but I could not. By the way, Samsung would like to listen to TI's voice to improve SN75LVDS83B power consumption. Their IOVCC is 1.8V and others are 3.3V. AC-coupling is used. I know, they could achieve reduce power consumption if they use lower clock speed, 1.8V IO etc but Samsung wants to get any special idea in order to reduce power consumption.
