Could you tell me example board layout(land pattern layout) of VSSOP package?
I checked the datasheet but couldn't find out.

Please download the latest datasheet for the p82b96 on TI's website. Towards the end of the datasheet, you will see an example layout for the DGK package, which is the VSSOP package.

I couldn't find land pattern layout of VSSOP(DGK) package.

I would like to have like a following data for VSSOP.
*The following isn't for VSSOP, just example.

You are correct. I've put in a request to update the datasheet and add this missing information.

Please see the below image for the information you request. You can find this information in any of our devices which use the DGK package, for example the TCA9517A uses this package.
