TUSB9261 / Firmware to write into flash

Hi Everyone,

Our customer need to know which file should write into flash. They installed "TUSB926x_Firmware_v1.05.exe" and created "TUSB926x Firmware" folder. Then .bin and .hex can be found in the folder. I think that these file should be used, so can you tell me which is proper file?

Hello,

They can burn both files TUSB926x_FW_v1.05.bin or TUSB926x_FW_v1.05.hex they are exactly the same.

Please note that if the customer are swapping the SATA signals (some customers do that for layout convenience), the will need to use the file located inside the "Alternate SATA Polarity FW" folder

Thank you for your quick response. Our customer plan to use connection like attached. Then should they use file located in "Alternate SATA Polarity FW" folder ?
