Hi Todd,

Yes, TPD4E05U06 and TPD6E05U06 support the HDMI 2.0 data rate of 6 Gbps. From the TPDxE05U06 data sheet, we can see all devices in that product family are capable of supporting that data rate:

Ok, great! Looks like TPD1E05U06, TPD4E05U06, and TPD6E05U06 are all great solutions for HDMI 2.0 ESD protection because of their low capacitance and low clamping voltage.
