But I can't understand the answer.

>the datasheet shows input current of +/-15uA so the PU would be around 220K

I'd like to know Internal Pull Down Resister value of PWRCTL1,2,3,4 pin for TUSB8041.

I think true answer is +/-250uA for with IPU (constant current circuit ).

Please more describe this explain.

IOZP:High-impedance, output current with internal pullup or pulldown resistor(4)

Operation:VDD33 Test condition: VI = 0 to VDD33 Spec :IOZP :±250 μA max.

(4) Applies to pins with internal pullups/pulldowns.

Nominal IOZP is +/- 150 uA, so you can use 22K as the nominal pull-up / pull-down value.  We recommend using 4.7K or smaller resistor value to pull an input to the opposite value of the internal value.
