In the "DS90UR905Q Serializer Pin Functions" section of the datasheet, the 'I/O Type' column will say something like "I, LVCMOS w/ pull-down". Does this mean that this pin calls for an external pulldown, or that there is a pulldown already integrated?
I ask because the De-Emph pin says "I, Analog w/ pull-up" but there is never any other mention of a pull-up needed for De-emph.
If there is an integrated pulldown on data inputs, does the application recommendation call for any external pullups/downs if we are connecting the pin to a micro output?
