Does SN65LVDS31/32 (driver/receiver) work at DC - low frequency ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65LVDS31

We have an existing board that has many LVDS signals. We are designing a new board to interface with the existing board. On the new board, all IC will have single-ended TTL/CMOS slow (DC-25MHz) signal.  I am trying to use SN65LVDS31/32 to convert LVDS to TTL and TTL to LVDS.  I am not sure if the chips will work at DC-25MHz low frequency range ?   I know LVDS is targeting high speed communication. But does it work if the signal is slow/DC ?

Thank you very much for the suggestions.
