Transformerless Ethernet

Hi Myron,

There are several application notes detailing how you can operate TI PHYs for transformerless operation.

The EVMs can be modified for transformerless operation. One would just need to review the schematic and stuff 33nf - 100nf caps in a few locations and remove the transformer.

What PHYs are you considering?

My question was about evaluation boards which I can buy for the investigations (not about app notes which I have).

TI does not have pre-made transformerless EVMs. We have EVMs that can be modified for transformerless operation.
