TUSB9261 / SATA Gen2 compliance test at BIST-L mode

Hi Everyone,

Our customer tried to do SATA Gen2 compliance test at BIST-L mode by using TUSB9261DEMO, but they commented that they started BIST-L mode testing, then TUSB9261 back to OOB after few second. Do you know correct procedure to do it?

Here is the equipment they are using.

  • J-BERT : N4903B (Keysight Technologies)
  • Oscilloscope : DSA91304A (Keysight Technologies)
