Hi team,

I would like to link DS90UB929Q and DS90UB948Q EVMs (Use ALP).

I follow the default setting as EVM User's Guide but the LOCK pin of 948 is low.

Could you please let me know what pin configure or register setting of 929/948 need to change? Then we can link the 929 and 948.

Is there a video input to the 929? The default behavior of the 948 LOCK pin is to act like a system lock, indicating that the system is locked and video is being received. To change this to more of an FPD-Link lock status, write 0x34 = 0x40 on the 948.

Thanks for your reply. I writed reg0x34 = 0x40'h on the 948 but I still cannot link the 929 and 948 EVMs.
Is there any setting should be change on 929 or 948 EVMs?

Hi Prescott,

Can you trace the high speed signals from the 929 pins all the way to the 948 input pins? It's possible that something is not mounted correctly or is damaged.
