Customer uses DS90UB948 at panel side, but test with DS90UB947 for serializer.
During power on/off sequence test, serializer 947 looks can’t send data properly under special pattern, as black pattern.
Under other gray scale input, power on has no problem so deserializer 948 can recognize data properly so display has no problem.
But under black pattern input(RGB:000), when power on, deserializer side has no RGB and LOCK signal also low.
At that time, when enabled BIST at 947 serializer, 948 deserializer still can’t get data. LOCK still low.(Tried DE RGB activated, but still had problem.)
When I see test result, DS90UB90947 looks can’t get data properly during power on when input data is black. (All other gray or color is okay.)
1) Any reason for this? or how to resolve this start up failure?
2) DS90UB949(HDMI) has also same operation?
