Hi Qihong,

It is recommended that you download the firmware to TUSB3410 when you are implementing TUSB3410 for the first time.

You might find this video useful for your implementation (http://www.ti.com/general/docs/video/watch.tsp?entryid=0_wc7ovc9a). This video talks about tips and tricks of implementing TUSB3410.
