DS110DF111 / about SMBus clock frequency for slave mode

Hi,

DS110DF111 datasheet describe that the SMBus clock rate for slave mode is 100kHz min.

However, I believe the SMBus specification is 10kHz min. Please let me know if the DS110DF111 SMBus clock is able to be used under 100kHz.
