928Q issue

Hello,

                We use 928Q to drive panel and the spec. as below. While configure test pattern of 928, we need to get a metal to touch 928Q output soldering pad of board for sync then test pattern work normal to display on panel. But if we don't use get a metal to touch soldering pad, there has no any picture to display on panel. Could I know what is root cause and how to solve? Thank you.

    Hello Patrick,

    Can you please take a picture of this output soldering pad that you are referring to? I am not really sure what this means. Also, is this 928Q being tested on our EVM or a customer system? I am assuming you are running the pattern generator on either the 927 or 928 and looking at the output on a display.

    Also, if you disconnect then reconnect the customer display does this fix the issue, even after you restart the pattern generator? Finally does a 927Q or 928Q PDB reset solve the display issue? What is the customer's PCLK that they are running at?
