Can the TUSB3410 EEPROM burner utility program 3 blank eeproms?

A customer's board will have a usb hub & 3 tusb3410 devices. 

They need to program a blank eeprom for each TUSB3410.

Do you think it's possible to program 3 eeproms using the TUSB3410 burner utility?

The utility will see 3 TUSB3410 devices which have a common VID/PID/Serial Number(0x0451/0x3410/TUSB3410).

So I'm not sure whether the utility can program 3 blank eeproms.
