Hola,

Our customer is used USB 3.0 hub and connect to 4 port, 1 port is through HD3SS3212 to type-c connector.

The others are normally USB 3.0 connector, when we test throughput, 3 ports can reach to 50~60MB, but type-c port is only remain 30MB,

can help tell us why happened this？thank you so much ～

The performance should be the same, since the HD3SS3212 is a passive switch, also the throughput is highly dependent on the USB device, How many devices were tested on the Type C port?

Hola Jacky,

Therefore the customer should try with more devices. Another thing the customer should try is to compare the signal integrity between the ports.
