Hi Lewis,

DS16EV5110 supports up to 2.25Gbps. Please consider DS34RT5110 but use it as equalizer only. Please note application report below discussing this:

In TI website, DS34RT5110 is Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND).

Please let me know which should be use in new project.

Hi Lewis,

You can use DS34RT5110 for HDMI 1.4 as equalizer ONLY. This is why i had provided the link to the equalizer only report. The only difference between DS16EV5110 and DS34RT5110 in equalizer only mode is the data rates. One supporting 2.25 Gbps while DS34 supporting 3.4 Gbps.

If this application requires HDMI retiming and equalization, please consider using SN65DP159.
