Hi Maeda-san,

We do not have an IBIS model available for the DS90C365 or DS90CF366. However, the DS90C385 and DS90CF386 are similar parts with the same die but characterized and tested for higher data rates. I advise that you use the IBIS models for the DS90C385 and DS90CF386 instead.
