I would like to ask you following questions about TUSB8020B's OTP and EEPROM.
Q1) OTP/EEPROM
Let me confirm about OTP, OTP is embedded in TSUB8020B, correct?
Onthe other hand, TUSB8020B can connect to EEPROM with I2C I/F, correct?
Q2) What is the difference usage between OTP and EEPROM?
OPT is for fixed contents(no change) and EEPROM should be used to change the register settings.
Is my idea right?
Q3) Use case of OTP and EEPROM
I think that normally we can use TUSB8020B as default mode.
What kind of situation should we use OTP or EEPROM?
Q4) How to program?
Could you tell me how to program both OTP and EEPROM?
Probably we can program them by host like PC via USB port of TUSB8020B.
How can I get the tool?
