Is it possible to use the 12-bit DDR mode with 148.5 MHz input clock in order to transmit a 1080p60 video signal with 24bpp?

Sorry for the delay, yes, the TF410 supports DDR and can be used with a 148.5MHz clock. You can see Table 1 in the datasheet for configuration, it is named "dual-edge"
