USB211 and TUSB501DRFR

Hi Greetings,

I'm in process of building a new producr using a design reference TIDA 00625 that utilizes the USB 211 and TUSB501DRFR components. We are building active chain cables to extend the USB communication to 66 feet. IS there anything I need to be aware in building such a unit cable. We will be powering the end device by itself  so power to device is no issue. We were wondering about how each device will add to the chain and what the physical number of devices may be added and where. Also does each chip add a device onto the chain and is the a physical number of devices on the chain. We found with other cable repeater manufacturers that devices were added as new repeaters were added the chain and after a couple of these the system had issues.

This will be a USB 3.0 cable with USB 2.0 backwards capability.

Thank You for any help in advance and if possible point me to any literature that may help with physical set-up and limitiations of what we are trying to accomplish.

Thank You
