software to drive a SmartBits200

A lot of the examples of dev kits used here talk about using a SmartBits box to help with test. One of our engineers here with past Telcomm industry experience got a hold of a SmartBits200 recently but without any software to drive it. Spirent has long since retired this line of boxes and there is no source I can find for any of the old packages that will work with this box like SmartWindow.

Does anybody here know of a source where we might be able to find the software?

    Hi Bill,

    We have an old copy of SmartWindow that is used for the SmartBits200 and 2000 chassis.

    Spirent has also told us they no longer support SmartWindow and the only thing available from Spirent is the SmartWindow user's guide.

    I would try contacting a company that sells/maintains used SmartBits equipment to see if you can secure a copy of SmartWindow.
