SN65DSI86 questions

HI Team,

Two questions for SN65DSI86

1. in datasheet it said DACP/N clock can be used instead of REFCLK to feed DisplayPort PLL, then how about DBCP/N? Can it  be used instead of REFCLK to feed DisplayPort PLL

2. If GPIO is not used, can customer leave it floating?
