Hi,

Please tell us Junction temperature (Tj) of TFP401A.

"TA" has been defined by 70 ℃ (max), but is not in the datasheet description of "Tj".

"Tj" What degrees?

    Hello,

    Because the Tj max is dependent to every specific implementation, we provide the thermal parameters which you can use to estimate the Tj max on your own implementation.

    Best parameter to use is PsiJt in conjunction with temperature measurement at the top of the device.

    Tj=top of device temperature + max power * PsiJt
