Usage of DS100MB203 for 10GBase-SR signalling

Hi,

I would like to know whether DS100MB203 supports 10GBase-SR?

The application that i am looking forward to implement is shown below. Please let me know whether this is a feasible solution? or please suggest a alternate solution.

Jijesh,

The DS100MB203 can work with 10GbE SR. I am worried that it will be difficult to meet SFP+ eye mask requirements after 25 inches of FR4. I am assuming at least a couple connectors will also be in the channel.

Yes, there would be couple of connectors between DS100MB203 and ASIC2 & ASIC3. What if I use 10Base-KR over 25 inch of FR4 and 10G-KR-to-SFI after DS100MB203?
