Hi,

I cannot find the IBIS model for DS90C402 on webench.ti.com/.../

nor can I find it in the zip file focus.ti.com/.../ti_ibis_models.zip

Can anyone tell me where elese can I find the IBIS model?

Hi Jeffrey,

Unfortunately, we do not have an IBIS model for this part or a similar part. The closest part I could find an IBIS model for is the DS90LV028A, but this part converts LVDS to LVTTL and not LVDS to TTL.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the reply. Do the "pull up" and "pull down" characteristics in the IBIS model for DS90LV028A resembles those in the DS90C402 ? If so, I can use the IBIS model for DS90LV028A for my simulations.

Hi Jeffrey,

Yes you can use the DS90LV028A IBIS model to get an idea about the "shape" of the output waveform. The supply voltage and output voltage specifications of the DS90C402 are higher than the DS90LV028A. The DS90C402 output VOH level will be approximately 1.0V higher than the DS90LV028A VOH level.
