TPD4E1U06 can meet IEC61000-4-4 and IEC61000-4-5?

Hi Sir,

We have use ESD solution. For now used TESDS5V0A and we would like to try TPD4E1U06.

Because TESDS5V0A 

- Meet IEC61000-4-4 (EFT) rating. 40A (5/50ns)

- Meet IEC61000-4-5 (Lightning) rating. 2A (8/20μs)

 But we find TPD4E1U06 only meet IEC 61000-4-2 

Double confirm that  TPD4E1U06 can meet IEC61000-4-4 and  IEC61000-4-5 ??

    Unfortunately, we have not characterized  TPD4E1U06  by EFT yet, but we have characterized it by IEC 61000-4-5 to 3 A, which exceeds TESDS5V0A by 1A. This is listed in the Absolute Maximums table. Regarding IEC61000-4-4 we expect a rating of at least 80 A based on a similar device we have tested (TPD1E05U06) which was built in the same die process - and has weaker ESD performance than TPD4E1U06. TPD1E05U06 is rated for 80 A EFT so it is safe to state that the rating with TPD4E1U06, with a larger diode area, will equal or surpass that.
