ISO5851 feature document shows " Enables IEC61800-5-1, IEC60664-1 & IEC62109-1".
Does ISO7821 bnable IEC62109-1?

Yes, ISO5851 and ISO7821 use the same reinforced isolation technology and they enable compliance to IEC 62109-1.
