DS125BR401A on SGMII

Hi Team

Can I use DS125BR401A on SGMII interface ?

We used for SGMII runs at 1.25G, 2 diff traces for 1 TX[p:n] & 1 RX[p:n].

Due to we estimate our trace length will be increasing than 36inch.

If DS125BR401A can support this function , Could you help to provide Reference Schematic for us? Thank you so much!!

Hi Kerr,

We have many devices which will support the SGMII interface.

The DS64BR111 I have listed will require AC coupling in the Rx and Tx sides. The DS25CP102 does not.

DS64BR111 or DS25CP102 for a single lane

For multiple SGMII lanes I would use the DS50PCI402 or the DS80PCI402 they can support 4 SGMII lanes.

The schematics for these devices can be found within the product folders in the EVM User Guide
