My SFP transceiver outputs a LOS signal with LVTTL signals.

Can I invert the LOS signal with a LVTTL port (3.3V high level ouput) and feed it directly to the FX_SD input?

The FX_SD input is designed for LVPECL levels. Using a TTL level driver would not be recommended. However, the input can accept CMOS levels. I would suggest using CMOS levels or using a TTL to PECL translator.
