DP83848C, Ethernet PHY makes RE test fail.

We are developing a product using DP83848C for TCP/IP function and EMI test is required for the certification.
The problem is that multiple of 50MHz frequency is over the standard limit for RE test. When we cut the circuit of Ethernet including DP83848C, the frequencies had disappeared. Could you help us to solve this problem including the rest of EMC test which is expected fail caused from this problem?

To which RE specification are you testing? Could you share an image of the scan results along with your schematic?

Sorry for the late reply.

Test standards are CISPR 11 and KN 22(Korean Standard).

Two scan results are below as before the TCP circuit is cut and after.
