Hi Sir,

My product use TUSB3410. when I install the TUSB3410 drive. the screen display "unable to launch usbinst". I know why?

I have test other NB & PC. They can install drive successfully. but only one PC always can't success.

please help me to solve , thanks a lot !!!

Which OS are you running on the PC and where did you get the driver?

Hi Diego,

OS is Win7, my other PC & NB are all win7. They install no problem.
