DS110DF1610 / recommended register setting for CPRI

Hi,

Customer is considering DS110DF1610 for CPRI line. Please let me know how to set 0x60,61,62,63 and so on for 9.8304Gbps,4.9152Gbps and 2.4576Gbps.

In addition, DS125DF1610 datasheet on the web describe that operating temp range is from -20℃　to +85℃. Is the description of -20℃ correct?

Would you tell me why the operating temp range is different from DS110DF1610 and DS125DF1610?

I do not know about the -20C operating temperature.

Here is the register programming information.

0x2D[7:4] = 0010'b //* to set divide ratio's of 1x 2x and 4x

0x60 = 26'h

0x61 = B1'h

0x62 = 26'h

0x63 = B1'h

0x64 = FF'h

Hi Kato-san. For the temperature questions,

The DS125DF1610 is indeed specified for an ambient operating temp range of -20C to 85C. Accordingly we tested the product to ensure that parametric performance is guaranteed over this temperature range. The slight operating temp range difference between DS110DF1610 and DS125DF1610 has mainly to do with the testing that we performed prior to product releases. While the DS110DF1610 originated as a custom product, the DS125DF1610 was defined as a broader market product, and thus its specified operating temperature was extended accordingly.
