DP83640 + SFP, GBIC. How to?

Yes, the DP83640 would have to be connected to a fiber transceiver like SFP or GBIC. You can see the recommended network for connection to an LVPECL fiber transceiver in section 6.2.1.2 in the DP83640 datasheet.

SFP or GBIC footprint would be your choice. You can also look at the DP83640 EVM schematic and layout which has a fiber transceiver section.

I attach a file in PDF. There is PHY, SFP and MII to AM335x. For example I don't know if I need resistors on MII (R134, R138...). 

Do I need a special connection to AM355x to use IEEE 1588? Thank you for your help!

I bought DP83640T Evaluation Demo Board and I connect it to an Evaluation board with microcontroller. With copper every think is all right. But SFP doesn't work. I changed resistors on board for a fiber, I put RXER to the ground with 2.2 resistor. I have no idea what is going on. Do I need to change something in PHYs registers for a SPF?
