We guess that the PowerPad should be connected to Ground Plane.
However, if the PowerPad is not connected to Ground Plane, we take care(manage) of the heat dissipation of the device, is it no matter?
So, the function which the PowerPad connects to Ground Plane is for only heat dissipation, isn't it?
The powerpad is internally not connected, is it?
