Hi all,
My customer has some questions about DS125DF111.

1. The datasheet describes that when a retimed data is 9.803 Gbps, Tpd is 1.5UI + 200ps (typ).
    In case of 1.2G/2.5G/4.9G/6Gbps, is the Tpd the same with 1.5UI + 200ps?

2. What is the minimum and maximum of Tpd?

3.  About CPRI 9.8G jitter performance, 
    If possible, isn't there following data including DDJ and DDPWS?
 

  4.  Has DS125DF111 been adopted in CPRI SFP+ application?

    Hi Toshi,

    The Tpd is always approximately 1UI + 200ps as shown in the DS125DF111 datasheet.  There is some small total variation +/- 40 ps for process, temperature, and voltage variation.

    The data shown in your table includes DDPWS and DDJ. The DDPWS and DDJ will depend on the exact customer layout.  With clean layout the DDJ can be ~4ps, DDPWS ~2.5ps, and Rj ~400fs giving a Tj ~8ps.

    Yes, the DS125DF111 has been used in many CPRI and 10GbE SFP+ applications.
