Hi Team

             I will use DS125BR820 / DS125BR401A  on SAS3(12G).

Which one is better solution for AC-coupling ( 0.22uf or 0.1uf )?

    The SAS3 specification uses 8b10b encoding so maximum run lengths of 0's and 1's are actually quite short.  So the smaller capacitor is just as good as the larger value.  The SAS3 specification calls out 12nF as the maximum value.  There is no reason to use the higher value in this case.
