Interface to read TMP007EVM with SM-USB-DIG

Hello,

I just bought the sensor TMP007 with SM-USB-DIG. They came in with a software which I can read the temperature.

Now I like to write the code in VB to read this temp through SM-USB-DIG. 

But first of all I would like to have an interface terminal (like hyper terminal) so I can play around by sending commands to read the value of registers.

Do you know where I can down load that software?

I am new with this type of sensor and HID USB device so please give advice if you have any.
