I believe I have a defective USB-TO-GPIO interface. The device initially worked, but after few sessions is not being recognized by the PC anymore. It is listed as Unknown Device in Device Manager, any attempt to reload the drivers fails. The green LED does not light up.
Should I assume that the device is dead? Is there a return/exchange procedure?
