Hi Team,

Our customer is planning to use the DS125DF410 with the data rate 6.25Gbps. What is the programmable maximum gain for 6.25Gbps (3.125GHz) and 2.97Gbps (1.485GHz)? Customer would like to estimate the maximum cable reach for each data rate using this device.

Hi Kawai,

For the CTLE portion of the EQ.

The maximum gain at 3.125 GHz is approximately 25 dB.

The maximum gain at 1.485 GHz is approximately 16 dB.

Thank you for the information.

Customer is requesting us the CTLE gain table.
Is there any material or table that shows register setting and corresponding CTLE gain ? It would be helpful if there are information for each data rate.

Here is a graphic showing the default CTLE table values. The levels correspond to the datasheet, Table 11 on page 32
