ISO7240M vs. ADuM1400 - supply current of 90Mbps, 50Mbps

Hello,

Could you please let me know the maximum supply current of ISO7240M at the following conditions?

-Data Rate : 90Mbps, 50Mbps, 25Mbps
-Vcc1=Vcc2=5V

I promoted the ISO7240M for replacment the ADuM1400
If the ISO7240M supply current is smaller than ADuM1400, they may use our device.
ADuM1400 has the 90Mbps supply current on the EC table.
Regarding ISO7240M, I can see the supply current curve but there is no 90Mbps data.
And they use the ADuM1400 for 50Mbps, 25Mbps.

Hi Asaka-san,

For lower power consumption, I suggest that you promote ISO7640FM or ISO7840. Both of these devices have low power and they can go > 90 Mbps. For 25 Mbps, our lowest power device is ISO7340C.

All these devices have lower power than ADuM1400 at 25, 50, or 90 Mbps.

Hello Marwat san,

I understood that the ISO7640FM and ISO7840 have low supply current.
I propose these device to the customer.
However, the ISO7240M is already registered in the customer but ISO7640FM/7840 is not registered.
The customer would like to use the isolator which is already registered, thus could you please share the data of ISO7240 ?

Asaka-san,

Unfortunately, we don't have current consumption characterization data at the higher data rates.
