Are these same with VDD_IO ?

Hi Ryuji,

Think of it more in terms of a mid level reference rather than CMOS VIH/VIL thresholds. For the oscillator circuit the mid reference will be around 1.65V. This should be no issue though if you are using a CMOS level oscillator to drive into XI pin.
