xio2001 pcie to pcie bridge

The XIO2001 does not require any custom driver, any operating system with PCI-to-PCI Bridge support will support the XIO2001, Win7 native support this.

The XIO2001 does not require external EEPROM to operate, it is only used for customized configurations, nevertheless please see attached EEPROM image.

Can you share your schematic for review?

In the schematic you sent, the passive components through the schematic are underlined, some with a thicker line, which ones mean "not
populated" ?

I don't see the pull-up on the REQx# signals, you have to install a pull-up on each of these signals.

Now we have externally provided the pull up resistors. Device is not shown in the device manager.

One more observation is made that PRST# (51) is always low.

R107,R156,R564,R104,R568,R506.

REQ# signals are also pulled up.

The schematic does not show the REQ#x signals pulled-up.
Since you are not using an external EEPROM, SCL and SDA should be pulled-down.
You are not using the CLKRUN protocol neither so CLKRUN_EN should be pulled-down.

What is J2? Is it some kind of fan-out buffer? How many XIO2001's downstream ports are you using?

Are you following the power-up sequence described on the datasheet? I wrong power-up sequence will result in detection issues.
