Our customer will use DS125DF410 for the following data rate. Could you please tell us the register setting procedure for each data rate ?
1. 6.25 Gbps
2. 5.94 Gbps
3. 5.94 x (1000/1001) = 5.88118811...Gbps
4. 2.97 Gbps
5. 2.97 x (1000/1001) = 2.94059405...Gbps
I believe register setting could be common for data rate 2 and 4 , 3 and 5.
Below is my calculated result of PPM settings for each data rate.
1. ADR0x60 = ADR0x62 = 0x80, ADR0x61 = ADR0x63 = 0xBE, ADR0x64 = 0xFF
2. ADR0x60 = ADR0x62 = 0x66, ADR0x61 = ADR0x63 = 0xBB, ADR0x64 = 0xFF
3. ADR0x60 = ADR0x62 = 0xCF, ADR0x61 = ADR0x63 = 0xBA, ADR0x64 = 0xFF
4. ADR0x60 = ADR0x62 = 0x66, ADR0x61 = ADR0x63 = 0xBB, ADR0x64 = 0xFF
5. ADR0x60 = ADR0x62 = 0xCF, ADR0x61 = ADR0x63 = 0xBA, ADR0x64 = 0xFF
The main settings I would like to know is the best Rate/Subrate and Capdac settings. If there is anything you would need to be careful or any concern, please let us know.
