Are there any eye masks for 1.6-2.7Gbps differential RX inputs on the TLK2711 Transceiver?

The high speed differential serial RX interface on the TLK2711 devices are available at pins RXP/RXN (GQE pkg) or DINRXN/DINRXP (RCP pkg). The receiver input voltage differential, VID = |VRXP-VRXN|  is 200 mV (minimum) and the jitter tolerance is 0.60UI. Is it accurate and sufficient to simply make a rectangular eye mask opening centered in the UI that is +/-100mV tall and 0.40UI wide (with 0.30UI on either side)? If not, how should the RX eye mask be defined for this device?

Do these specs and eye opening assume a BER of 1E-12?

Thank you!
