I'm deciding between the DP83867E and DP83867IS parts.
My design may need to go beyond the +85C temp requirement - still unsure.
Is there any data on failure modes above +85C?
I’ll assume there isn’t any actual component changes, just up-screened?
My thought was that since SGMII is pretty high speed stuff and if that was an area of concern/difficulty above +85C then it would make sense to go with the +105C device.
