Hi All

I am looking for library files for TS3USB221 High-Speed USB 2.0. The files can be for LT spice, Multisim, etc. I would like to test the IC in one of my project.

Let me know if some one have it.

    Sanjay,

    You can find the HSPICE and IBIS models fro the TS3USB221 by clicking on the tools and software tab on the product page. 

    The TS3USB221 is a passive device that can ideally be modeled as a 0ohm wire.  The parasitics come from the on state resistance (Ron) and input capacitance (Con) of the signal switch.  You can see from the testing below that there isn't really a difference in the 480Mbps signal passing through the test board with and without the switch.
