RJ45 with integrated magnetics

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00204

I'm designing a board that will feature the DP83867IRPAP Gigabit Etherney PHY. I see in the TIDA-00204 reference design that TI uses separate magnetics, LEDs, and RJ-45 connector. Is there a specific reason that discrete parts were chosen for this, rather than an RJ-45 with integrated magnetics and LEDs, such as the Bel Fuse L829-1J1T-43?
